I'm proud to present my debut Domestika course called Dynamic Illustrations: Drawings that Pop Out of the Paper where I break down my personal creative process for illustrating dynamic and exciting compositions. A guide from the initial idea to a fully fleshed illustration, I will show you each and every step in my creative process, starting well before we even pick up a pen. We'll deepen our arsenal of tried-and-true techniques, enrich our repertoire and learn to compose illustrations that transcend the 2D plane and leap off of the page.

When I was approached by Domestika, I set out to make a class that runs purely off of passion and the love to create. My goal was to capture that childish wonder that made each and every one of us pick up a pencil in the first place. I believe that whimsy is still in us and ready to be harnessed as the means to creating work we are truly excited about!
The course was written and recorded in Brazilian Portuguese, but subtitles are available in English and various other languages.
After producing this course, I came out the other side with a much deeper understanding of my own creative process.
